Let's face it...

The only thing you really care for help with is bringing your visionary concept to life.

The only thing you won’t do to succeed is seriously undermine your health, wellbeing or close personal relationships.

What got you here..
won't get you there.

What if you could transcend the traditional concept of work-life balance and find your unique path to ease and flow?

My name is Dylan, and I help entrepreneurs explore new frontiers of their potential

What most people know about me is that I’m an expert on neuroscience and human performance.

I’m a management consultant by training with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and logistics management.

What most people don’t know about me is that I’m a certified freediving instructor. I’ve been a practitioner of Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai for over 12 years, where I’ve been a coach and a competitor. And I instruct a training program developed by military special operators.

What few people know about me is that I lost my mom to cancer when I was 14, and from that point on, I raised myself. I learned way before anybody really should that life was not guaranteed, and I became obsessed with exploring how to expand and improve my experience of it. I made reckless decisions in my life, as well as powerful ones, and I lived much of my life without a champion, which is why I believe that everyone deserves one. And why I’ve dedicated my life to supporting others on their journey.

As a coach to entrepreneurs and high-level leaders...

I bring my entire background from neuroscience to human performance to management consulting to freediving. I teach clients the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. I help them manage stress and perform better under pressure in business and in life. I help them harness the power of visualization and single-minded focus which can boost their performance. And as a diver, I’m experienced in skills such as equalization, buoyancy, and streamlining, which are really powerful metaphors for business leaders who need to find balance, remove drag and adapt to challenging situations.
